SEPI’s Surveying Division has many years of
combined
experience in all types of surveying, including property surveys,
topographic, horizontal & vertical control surveys, route surveys,
control surveys construction surveys, GIS surveys, scanner
surveys, hydrographic surveys, and aerial surveys. SEPI uses
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to provide a preliminary
overview of each project area and its unique features. By
overlaying natural resources, the human environment features, and
the existing area amenities, we identify areas of concern for
further investigation. As a project progresses, GIS will allow us
to maintain an overview of the project in the environment and
allow us to quantify anticipated impacts.
We are also capably experienced in both AutoCAD and MicroStation/Geopak and could use either for
electronic design activities based on the preferences of the
USACOE. GIS Submittals will be submitted in ESRI ArcGIS, ArcView,
ArcInfo, and ArcSDE/SQL.
