In our role as owner’s representative, SEPI provides quality control and quality assurance inspections for various types of construction projects from multi-year contracts and limited services agreements for state Departments of Transportation; state Turnpike Authorities; airports; transit systems; the energy sector; and private development clients.
SEPI’s staff of construction inspectors and technicians are trained and certified in areas of concrete and asphalt testing, soil density determination, OSHA safety, DENR regulations, and erosion control implementations. Our construction inspectors are equipped with mobile offices in trucks to report, document, and schedule project data online. Mobile offices include laptops, docking stations and inverters to run computers, printers, and mobile devices.
