Each year since 1928, BPW celebrates the contribution of women to the business and professional life of the country. The BPW Career Woman of the Year award falls in the same month as National Business Women’s Week®, as an opportunity to recognize and highlight the progress women have made as professionals, business owners and entrepreneurs. Members will be wearing the color red to the event representing how far women are “in the red” with their pay.
