SEPI has announced the addition of Tommy Register, PE, as transportation program manager. Register’s responsibilities range from project management to hands-on design and document preparations, including assisting with marketing, preparing proposals and fee estimates, and performing quality control reviews of construction plans and documents.
A native of Cleveland County, N.C., Register brings almost two decades of experience in the field of environmental planning and transportation engineering along with many years spent working in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. Register holds an Associates in Science degree from Montreat College. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from NC State University. In addition, Register is certified in the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Certification Program from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences. He is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina. He resides in Cary, N.C.
