SEPI has been reselected for the Wake County Public School System Master Land Surveying Services Agreement for the 2018-2020 term! SEPI is a preferred provider for land surveying services for Wake County Public School System (WCPSS), the largest school system in the state and 15th largest in the nation with over 160,000 students. WCPSS has 183 schools and with an additional 9,000 students projected by the year 2020, additional schools and renovations of existing facilities are critical.

WCPSS has depended on SEPI over the years to provide land surveying services to meet ambitious schedules for important design and construction projects. Typical services provided include boundary surveying and mapping for property acquisition; topographic, route, and wetlands surveying and mapping; as built surveying; and easement acquisition or dedication surveying.

Recently completed assignments include: Apex High School boundary, topographic, and existing conditions surveying for high school renovation; Willow Spring High School (H-13) boundary, topographic, and offsite route surveys for planned new high school; Poole Road Elementary (E-28) boundary, topographic, and offsite route surveys for planned new elementary school; Buckhorn Elementary (E-45) boundary, topographic, and offsite route surveys for planned new elementary school; Scotts Ridge Elementary boundary, topographic, and offsite route surveys for planned new elementary school; Apex Friendship Middle School (M-11) boundary, topographic, offsite route surveys, easement acquisition surveying, on-site easement dedication, and as-built surveying for new elementary school; and Barton Pond Elementary School (E-24) boundary, topographic, and offsite route surveys for planned new elementary school.
